29 November 2016

Healthcare quality, workforce organisation, and patient safety form a core focus of nursing research at King’s Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing & Midwifery, from identifying the staffing levels needed for safe patient care to support for nursing teams to deliver the best possible care.

As part of their research, Professors Jill Maben, Professor of Nursing Research and Professor Anne Marie Rafferty, Professor of Nursing Policy observe and interview staff on the frontline to shape policy and practice recommendations for the health services required for today and for future generations.
